Combo (combo.gg) is a free tool for organizing pickup games, operated by introvert.com LLC, P.O. Box 15004, Philadelphia, PA 19130. This policy describes the small amount of information we handle and how we use it.
When an organizer creates a game: a game title, location, and date/time. When a player joins a game: a first name, and optionally a mobile phone number. We do not require accounts, emails, or passwords, and we collect nothing else.
Names appear on the signup list of the specific game you joined, visible to anyone with that game's link or code. If you choose to provide a phone number, we use it only to send you text messages about that specific game: a confirmation when your game is filled, an alert if the organizer changes the time or location, and a notice if the game is cancelled. Phone numbers are never displayed to other players, never used for marketing, and never sold or shared with third parties, except with Twilio, our SMS delivery provider, solely to deliver these messages.
Providing a phone number is optional and is your consent to receive game-related texts for that game. Message frequency varies (typically 1–3 messages per game). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
Games and all associated data, including names and phone numbers, are automatically deleted 60 days after the game was created.
